Love – Craziness or Acceptance?

Love… normally known to be a ‘spark’… ‘funny smile’… ‘unexplainable connect’… ‘silly behaviour’… ‘fun with the loved one’… hmm… kinda means differently to different persons. Some know it as ‘pain’… ‘problems’… ‘reason for suffering’… ‘ultimate mistake’… ‘worst flaw’… ‘a reason to be abused’

                           TO EACH HIS OWN… !!!

Love if complete…if only complete without any need of being completed by money, friend, spouse etc. can give the former expressions…the ‘funny smile’ etc. Otherwise sooner or sooner this so called Love will make one experience all kinds of ‘pain’…’abuse’…n blah blahblah

So where is this eluding Love… it’s within… if you have this Love for ‘Self”… unconditionally just like we all have the impression of being loved by the ultimate energy of Creation…God/Creator/Source etc. then…ONLY then… this Love can be a reason for JOY… that is constant and permanent… lest… doom is forever looming…

Blast all the expectations…desires … dreams…. all the bull shit of the crazy mind…and if you may want add the vulnerable heart… Get over sooner… wake up!!!… sooner you do…better u will live… if at all you wish to, else you gotta exist anyways… like a piece of furniture or a vegetable…lol… bdw… you may not get to make a choice…

Thus, Just learn to ACCEPT yourself the way you are… you are the physical creation and manifestation of two persons who might have created you by fluke or just an urge for a temporary pleasure… may be a temporary period of elusive Love

ACCEPT yourself… Coz you chose to live this life… you chose the particular womb… thus particular parents, relatives, neighbours, friends, teachers, colleagues, partners…personal as well as business…
So kindly come out of the amnesia and recall… you chose the mess you are in… No one can help you…

Just ACCEPT… yourself & your ‘Self” … well what you want to change in your life can happen only if you are in love with the being that you face in the mirror… coz you shall do something constructive only if you love yourself… otherwise you might just keep lying to self and others.

If you have any kind of problem… NOTE it ETCH it… you hate yourself… Simple!

Want some change… bring the change… LovE&AcCepTyourSelf no matter how I’mperfect you are today but do have the readiness to improve.

Dear friends… just a little twist appeared in my thinking when I witnessed some of my friends working all the day and night (…I used to be like that earlier…thankfully not anymore) not realizing they are not helping themselves and anybody else. No company can be benefited by employees whose personal lives are not in balance. It’s a bare truth but people refuse to see till they are pushed to the corners either at work or at home or both.

Hi friends…a very warm hello to all of you. Here’s an interesting piece of info, found it beneficial for many. It actually changed my perception of the fruit. 

A little scientific dose to begin with…Bananas contain three natural sugars: 

 sucrose,

 fructose 

 glucose combined with fiber 

A banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy : 

Research has proven that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout. No wonder the banana is the number one fruit with the world’s leading athletes.


But energy isn’t the only way a banana can help us keep fit. It can also help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and conditions, making it a must to add to our daily diet.

DEPRESSION:

According to a recent survey undertaken by MIND amongst people suffering from depression, many felt much better after eating a banana. This is because bananas contain tryptophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin, known to make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier.

PMS:

Forget the pills – eat a banana. The vitamin B6 it contains regulates blood glucose levels, which can affect your mood.

ANEMIA:

High in iron, bananas can stimulate the production of hemoglobin in the blood and so helps in cases of anemia.

200 students at a Twickenham (Middlesex) school ( England ) were helped through their exams this year by eating bananas at breakfast, break, and lunch in a bid to boost their brain power. Research has shown that the potassium-packed fruit can assist learning by making pupils more alert.

CONSTIPATION:

High in fiber, including bananas in the diet can help restore normal bowel action, helping to overcome the problem without resorting to laxatives.

HANGOVERS:

One of the quickest ways of curing a hangover is to make a banana milkshake, sweetened with honey. The banana calms the stomach and, with the help of the honey, builds up depleted blood sugar levels, while the milk soothes and re-hydrates your system.

HEARTBURN:

Bananas have a natural antacid effect in the body, so if you suffer from heartburn, try eating a banana for soothing relief.

MORNING SICKNESS:

Snacking on bananas between meals helps to keep blood sugar levels up and avoid morning sickness.

MOSQUITO BITES:

Before reaching for the insect bite cream, try rubbing the affected area with the inside of a banana skin. Many people find it amazingly successful at reducing swelling and irritation.

Bananas are high in B vitamins that help calm the nervous system..Overweight and at work? Studies at the Institute of Psychology in Austria found pressure at work leads to gorging on comfort food like chocolate and chips. Looking at 5,000 hospital patients, researchers found the most obese were more likely to be in high-pressure jobs. The report concluded that, to avoid panic-induced food cravings, we need to control our blood sugar levels by snacking on high carbohydrate foods every two hours to keep levels steady.

ULCERS:

The banana is used as the dietary food against intestinal disorders because of its soft texture and smoothness. It is the only raw fruit that can be eaten without distress in over-chronicler cases. It also neutralizes over-acidity and reduces irritation by coating the lining of the stomach.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL:

Many other cultures see bananas as a ‘cooling’ fruit that can lower both the physical and emotional temperature of expectant mothers. In Thailand , for example, pregnant women eat bananas to ensure their baby is born with a cool temperature.


So, a banana really is a natural remedy for many ills. Comparing to an apple, it has

Installing Love…

Customer: Well, after much consideration, I’ve decided to install Love. Can you guide me though the process?

Tech Support: Yes. I can help you. Are you ready to proceed?

Customer: Well, I’m not very technical, but I think I’m ready. What do I do first?

Tech Support: The first step is to open your Heart. Have you located your Heart, ma’am?

Customer: Yes, but there are several other programs running now. Is it okay to install Love while they are running?

Tech Support: What programs are running, ma’am?

Customer: Let’s see, I have Past Hurt, Low Self-Esteem, Grudge& Resentment running right now.

Tech Support: No problem,

Love will gradually erase Past Hurt from your current operating system.

It may remain in your permanent memory, but it will no longer disrupt other programs. (Creator can heal it completely if you choose to NOW)

Love will eventually override Low Self-Esteem with a module of its own called High Self-Esteem.

However, you have to completely turn off Grudge and Resentment.

Those programs prevent Love from being properly installed.

Can you turn those off, ma’am?

Customer: I don’t know how to turn them off. Can you tell me how?

Tech Support : With pleasure.

Go to your start menu & invoke Forgiveness. Do this as many times as necessary until Grudge & Resentment have been completely erased.

Customer: Okay, done! Love has started installing itself. Is that normal?

Tech Support: Yes, but remember that you have only the base program. You need to begin connecting to other Hearts in order to get the upgrades.

Customer: Oops! I have an error message already. It says, “Error – Program not run on external components .” What should I do?

Tech Support: Don’t worry, ma’am. It means that the Love program is set up to run on Internal Hearts, but has not yet been run on your Heart.

In non-technical terms, it simply means you have to Love yourself before you can Love others.

Customer: So, what should I do?

Tech Support: Pull down Self-Acceptance;

then click on the following files:

ü Forgive-Self

ü Realize Your Worth

ü Acknowledge your Limitations.

Customer: Okay, done.

Tech Support: Now, copy them to the “My Heart” directory. The system will overwrite any conflicting files & begin patching faulty programming. Also, you need to delete Verbose Self-Criticism from all directories & empty your Recycle Bin to make sure it is completely gone & never comes back.

Customer: Got it. Hey! My heart is filling up with new files. Smile is playing on my monitor and Peace & Contentment are copying themselves all over My Heart. Is this normal?

Tech Support: Sometimes. For others it takes awhile, but eventually everything gets it at the proper time. So Love is installed & running. One more thing before we hang up. Love is Freeware. Be sure to give it & its various modules to everyone you meet. They will in turn share it with others and return some cool modules back to you.

Customer: Thank you, God.
